GeoRapid provides an online support facility to customers. Each customer can log into the support center.

Customers can submit the support request. The customer can specify priorities depending upon the requirement. Customers will receive a ticket number for each request.


Customers can log in at anytime in GeoRapid online support center with the ticket number provided to check for the request.

As soon as our support specialist resolves the issue, the customer will be notified immediately in the form of a detailed e-mail confirmation text.
